Please note we will always do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time but we are not responsible for any delays in delivery once items have left our premises, however we will do our utmost to locate the items. If no one is at home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be left on a safe place at your home or taken to your nearest post office and will await your collection. A card will be left at your premises informing you of the situation.
