Returns Policy
To be eligible for exchange, your product, including any accessories that accompanied the product, must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must not have any modifications, nor have been tampered with in any way.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You are required to email us at hello@biglittlebrains.com.au, and provide the following details:
- Name and contact number
- Order number
- Reason for return, exchange or refund.
Once we have approved your request you will be required to ship the item back to us (address provided on approval. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We retain the discretion to assess the condition of returned products, including packaging and accessories, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If a approved a credit will automatically be applied to your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty items
If you receive your item and it is deemed faulty in any way, please contact us immediately with your purchase information and photo of the faulty item. We will then make contact and arrange for replacement. If a replacement can not be made we will issue a refund.
