Shipping

Big Little Brains will aim to have your order packaged and sent out within 1-2 days of payment being received (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  1. Standard Delivery: 3-8 Business days approximately
  2. Express Delivery: 1-3 Business days approximately

Please note we will always do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time but we are not responsible for any delays in delivery once items have left our premises, however we will do our utmost to locate the items. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 14 days of our shipment confirmation email.

If no one is at home to accept the delivery, the parcel will be left on a safe place at your home or taken to your nearest post office and will await your collection. A card will be left at your premises informing you of the situation.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase Big Little Brains will offer an exchange up to 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your product, we will not offer you am exchange. See returns policy for more information.
